Vinyl Siding Installation Process:
- Initial inspection and quote: All of our clients in the Calgary-area get a free quote. We will come to your home, take measurements, inspect your current siding, and discuss your options including what styles you prefer.
- Preparation: We will prepare the work area by removing any existing siding, inspecting the underlying structure for damage, and making necessary repairs.
- Measurement and Cutting: Accurate measurements of the walls will be taken to ensure precise cutting of the vinyl siding panels and accessories.
- Flashing Installation: We then install flashing around windows, doors, and other openings to prevent water infiltration.
- Siding Installation: The vinyl siding panels will be installed from the bottom up, starting with the starter strip and working towards the top of the wall. Each panel will interlock with the adjacent panels.
- Trim and Accessories: Trim pieces, such as corner posts, J-channels, and soffit and fascia, will be installed to give your home a polished look.
- Finishing Touches: After a final review with you, we will make necessary adjustments, ensure all panels are securely fastened, and clean up the work area.
